Kaldrevo is owned and operated by Gansu Wanggongzi Trading Co., Ltd. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company. These terms govern use of our online store. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Purchase.

1. Using the Store

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store under the supervision of a person who does. Provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful purposes.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or security systems, submit fraudulent transactions, or misuse another person's information.

We aim to keep descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. Product colors may appear different across screens; this does not excuse a material difference from the product description.

If a material error affects an order, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not impose an additional charge without your authorization.

5. Reviews and Submissions

By submitting a review, you grant a nonexclusive permission to display it and make reasonable formatting edits for store operation. Ownership remains with you. We will not knowingly alter a review to misrepresent its meaning or prohibit honest reviews through these terms.

Checkout, hosting, payments, and certain external links involve third-party services. Their separate terms may apply to their services. Using these providers does not remove our responsibilities for orders placed with us.

7. Availability and Liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the store but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from website interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

No provision excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, legally protected personal injury claims, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable product warranties and consumer remedies remain available.

8. Suspension and Changes

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, or security threats. Any outstanding order or refund obligations remain subject to applicable law.

Changes apply prospectively when published. The terms applicable when you placed an order govern that purchase unless you agree otherwise or law requires a change.

9. Applicable Law and Resolving Concerns

These terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. No term requires you to give up a court or remedy available under nonwaivable law.
